About Us

IRD Global Foundation is a U.S.-based, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization that supports healthcare programs serving vulnerable communities in low-resource settings.

 

The Foundation raises funds to support healthcare programs implemented by IRD Global, a global health organization with more than two decades of experience delivering community-based care. These programs focus on prevention, early diagnosis, and continuity of care—ensuring that people are not left behind after a single clinic visit or treatment—and on improving quality of care, supporting health worker training, and strengthening service delivery.

What We Support

The healthcare programs supported by IRD Global Foundation are designed around a full circle of care—from early screening and diagnosis to treatment, follow-up, and recovery. These programs are designed to ensure care doesn’t stop at treatment, especially for communities facing barriers to access and continuity. 

Our current areas of focus include:

The Foundation is committed to responsible stewardship, transparency, and ensuring that donor contributions are used in accordance with applicable guidelines and charitable purposes. Contributions to IRD Global Foundation are tax-deductible in the United States to the fullest extent permitted by law.
